NTown NTEK-1047 Filmstock 5247 Emulation LUT

NTEK-1047 marks the first in a group of highly specialized styling LUTs. This LUT is optimized for Canon C300 Mark II cameras with c-log2 Gamma, Cinema Gamut and Production Camera Color Matrix settings.

This LUT is optimized for the Canon C300 Mark II, but with the help of our Base LUT Collections it can be used with many other popular camera footage too which also uses a flat log curve.

Image Charateristics

Film gradiation curve emulation with gradual highlights and shadow rolloff

Strong dark redish skintones like original filmstock from the late 70s

Cross-Color bleeding Color-Matrix emulation

Dynamnic range limited to +3 stops and -6 stops from middle gray to emulate the iconic 5247 filmstock

Original c-log2 exposed middle gray at IRE 60%, after BASE-LUT + NTEK1047-LUT middle gray shifts to IRE 40% to match film characteristics
