Select Sim 是Blender 的一种基于面的形状的哈希计算来选择“相似”面或边缘的工具。

哈希值是根据面的“形状”计算的。目前，Blender 提供了“选择相似”工具，可通过 Shift + G 访问，以选择相似的面或边，但是，它仅使用单个度量，例如面面积、直径或边数。很难得到想要的选择。

Select Sim 使用边缘角度、面长度的组合来计算面的哈希值。然后对所有面孔进行交叉检查以获得“相似”面选择。

Select Sim is a tool for selecting "similar" faces or edges, based on hash calculation of face shape.

The hash is calculated by the face "shape". Currently Blender provides a "Select Similar" tool, access by Shift + G, to select similar faces or edges, however, it does only use single metric such as face area, diameter, or number of sides. It is hard to get desired selection.

Select Sim use the combination of edges angles, length of a face to calculate the hash of the face. It is then cross checked by all faces to obtain the "Similar" face selection.
