How to use alphas:

Import the alpha into the BrushAlpha channel box

In the Alpha Tab open up the Modify tab and scroll down to the Surface button. Turn this on.

In the Z intensity adjust the strength of the brush to your liking .

Note :To use the ZBrush brushes you need to use at least ZBrush 2018.1
