PD Howler 2020 (v13) Pro

Powered by Project Dogwaffle, PD Howler is a paint program with a twist. It contains many brush presets, customizeable and extensible with more of your own brushes: image based custom brushes, animated multi-image brushes, particle brushes, even brushes that respond to sound volume. It is a multimedia experience. You can paint with images over other images, image sequences too (animations). Paint with video over video.
PD Howler also includes tools for compositing with video (greenscreen and more), and a 3D pipeline for generating landscape images, with realistic water that includes absorption and dispersion, caustics and waves that are animated. Landscapes are derived from heightmaps, and Howler can add erosion and sediments, as well as colorize the terrain based on height and also based on slope (!).
Howler includes many many filters, many of which can over over the animations, not just a single static image.
