下载下来不是插件，是blender软件，里面也没有发现插件

This is a compiled version of blender. You need to unzip it to any place convenient for you. And run it as a blender. This is a separate version of the blender as an E-cycles 这个是整合了插件的编译版本blender，解压到硬盘，使用blender即可。包括插件在软件里。
